Shipping
We normally ship within three business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

All US orders ship via UPS unless otherwise Requested. We do ship internationally please contact me by email at kathy@mettametalworks.com first to determine rates.

If requested we can ship using FedEX. If using shipping methods other than UPS the shipping costs may be different and the buyer is responsible for any extra costs.

We ship to the address listed on the Paypal receipt unless other arrangements have been made in advance (gifts that need to be sent directly to the recipient, for example). If the addresses are different, your order may be delayed or cancelled if we cannot be sure of the transactions legitimacy.

We do not assume any responsibility for items once they are received by UPS. We ensure that items are carefully wrapped and packaged. If items arrive damaged, please contact MMW within 3 days to make arrangement for repairs. We offer free repairs on all of my items, but the purchaser must pay all shipping costs for repairs- We do not charge for the labor.

We advise all customers to purchase insurance for their items. Customers who decide against insurance, assume all responsibility for damage, loss and theft that may occur in transit.

Returns / Refunds
MMW issues refunds only in the event that an item is misrepresented in the description, or arrives damaged beyond repair. We do not refund shipping charges.

MMW will accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of order delivery, provided that the items are in original re-sellable condition.

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and will not be granted a return.

The store credit must be used within one calendar year. Beyond that date the credit will become null and void.

In order to qualify for a return, The buyer must make contact by email or telephone prior to the return of goods.

Original proof of purchase must be attached.The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of their return.

Caring For Your Jewelry
This jewelry was made to last. Following these simple steps will help keep your piece lookign it's best year after year.

We suggest you store each piece in the drawstring bag it arrived in. This will protect the piece from scratches that might occur from rubbing up against other pieces of jewelry.

Apply beauty prouducts such as perfume, hairspray or deoderant before putting on your jewelry as chemicals in certain products can damage the finish.

Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing house hold/garden chores or using abrasive cleaners.

If your jewelry needs further cleaning use a mild soap solution and a soft tooth brush. Pat dry with a soft cloth.

If your piece tarnishes- you can use a red rouge cloth available at most hardware stores. You can try a silver polish- but note that we oxidize the surfaces and a silver polish is likely to remove more of the oxidation than you might want.

Occasionally, with normal wear and tear - or an accidental snag- pieces will break. We offer free repairs on all of my items, but the purchaser must pay all shipping costs for repairs- we do not charge for labor.
